Tooling Operator 1st Shift

Description:
We are seeking a Tooling Operator for the Weekend Shift in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, maintenance and optimization of tooling, molds, dies and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
- Work with CNC machines, EDM, grinders and other machine equipment.
- Support new product launches with tooling design and validation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.
- May perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Schedule:
- Friday-Sunday
- 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements:
- Experienced in troubleshooting tooling issues.
- Skilled in CNC machining, blueprint interpretation, CAD software and preventive maintenance.
- Prior experience operating a forklift
- Strong attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high-quality production in a safe, efficient work environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must commit to shift days and times as scheduled.
