Description:
We are seeking a General Laborer for 1st Shift in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials, drill components, raw steel, casings, or finished products.
- Perform general warehouse tasks: inventory staging, packing, unpacking, sorting, organizing stock, maintaining clean/organized workspaces.
- Help production floor or fabrication teams as needed: transporting materials, supplying tools or components, assisting with setup or assembly support tasks under supervision.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to all safety and standard operating procedures and regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday
- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively operate and maintain forklift equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend direction in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must commit to shift days and times as scheduled.
