Job Description
Job Duties
- Collaborate with HR Generalists on open enrollment and HR events.
- Support employees with benefit setup and HR systems.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies and work closely with hiring managers.
- Conduct prescreening interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct onboarding orientation and maintain recruiting reports.
Shift
- 30-40hrs a week
- $20.50hr
- Monday-Friday
Job requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong recruiting skills
- Prior HR experience preferably in recruiting required
- Strong computer skills required i.e. Excel, Word.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills
