Job Description
Summary
Superior Recruiting Agency is seeking experienced Machine Operators to work in the Berlin, NJ area. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing high-quality products
- Set up machines according to specifications and adjust settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Shift and Payrate:
- 1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm
- $15.50/hour
- Monday through Friday
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in machine operator/material handling equipment
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
